Attitude: Your attitude is your Stance, Approach, Mind-Set or Motive about you actions. Usually, outcome is always determined by attitude. Everything can be wrong if attitude is not right. If you lack attitude, don't even try climbing the leadership ladder of altitude, except if you don't mind climbing at the bottom forever. It's quite laughable that a lot of folks think they can maneuver their way in leadership without attitude. The effect of lack of attitude may not show immediately, but when it eventually does, it can sink a ship. It is interesting to know that the amount of energy required to cultivate good attitude is directly proportional to the degree required to have a bad attitude.
