GRASSROOT LEADERSHIP
By Paul Vandi
The Law of Influence: "The true measure of leadership is influence, Nothing more Nothing less." John C. Maxwell
The leadership process of everyone begins in their childhood formative years. What they hear, see and do.
What they hear and see are words and actions that comes from the paradigm of the people around them , which ultimately conditions them to see life in a particular way, Base on principles or fallacies.
Parenting as a form of grass-root leadership training process for children most be done deliberately given attention to details.
The equation is very simple. A bad parent can not raise a good child just as a bad child can not become a good parent, until a deliberate approach is taking to change the paradigm of the child. And this is usually very challenging to do as an adult or a youth than it is for a child.
When you help a child understand leadership at his level by teaching him how to take responsibility in little things. You have saved a future generation from the destruction that comes through levity and frivolity.
