Confidence in life comes with doing the right thing. 

Effectiveness comes with doing the right thing the right way-While Efficiency is keeping at doing the right thing the right way with the right motive (my re-definition). Efficiency brings completeness!

Proffering and following the right answers to the WHY of business is what leads to efficiency.

Letter W (WHO): who are you? What do you stand for? Discovering who you are is discovering your destiny. And business must be destiny based, not a duplicate.

Letter H (HAVE): what do you have? There's something you have been given. A talent, capacity, knowledge, network, or a problem. Every business is solving a problem, so, solve your problem and turn it into a business by helping others solve similar problems.
Discovering what you have is discovering your advantage for success.

Letter Y (YES): saying YES is running with WHO you are using what you HAVE to succeed in life and business.
