Economics 103 (Cutting Cost)

2 minutes Business Article

Title: Economics 103 (Cutting Cost)

Cutting cost in our personal lives once we have reached a particular level of comfort can be a major challenge - we experience a similar situation even in business.
It is very true that expenses always rise to meet income.(Very few people have power over pakinson's law)

Some of the costs' that are keeping bills really high in our businesses are things we can easily find alternatives for. Usually, the effort pays off when we make it.

The discipline you learn by cutting cost in your life and business can be a cutting edge maturity for long term sustainability.

You may want to add to your weekly goals a 'cutting cost' debriefing time - this will help your business explore alternatives and make better cost saving decisions that can even save your business in the long run.

One Area To Consider:

Suppliers

As cheap or considerably okay as you think the services of some suppliers/Vendors are, you're simply overspending. Sometimes, it's not easy to look for alternatives especially when you don't have the time (that's the excuse of most people; they overspend because they don't have the time to either seek out alternatives or do it themselves).

It's okay to trade money for time when you have plenty of it as an Individual, (that's the way of the rich) but, it's bad for small businesses, and even big businesses if it's done without limit.

Action Step: Look for alternative suppliers for your business today. It's Okay to have more than one per service.
