Title: Why Entrepreneurs Fail
Almost every positive minded person agrees that failure is not a person but an occurrence, yet, so many beat themselves after every failure experience, but still don't learn the expected lessons. We see these everyday!
Are you an Intending business Owner or already in business? Here's something I observed while still in the Corporate world that would be of help.
To some it's a reminder to simply re-evaluate since it's already in practice in their respective Organisations - to others, it's a call to quick action.
Why Entrepreneurs Fail:
1. Fuzzy Vision: I've met entrepreneurs who started business because they felt they had a good idea and the fund. These are not enough. To run a successful business, you must be very clear about where you are going.
2. Lack Of Clearity: When the employees and clients of a business owner are wondering ' what is he really Into?', there's problem! Working in a place where the leader doesn't have a well defined vision will mean working without proper Job description. And nothing can be more frustrating. Also, it will affect the clients, as no one wants to do lasting business with a general contractor.
Action Step: Answer again all the questions that Vision asks. What, Where, When, and How. Make sure you're still on point.
