Every Steve Jobs will need a Stephen Wozniak, every Bill Gates will need a Paul Allen, and vice versa.
Steve Jobs and Wozniak started Apple Computers in a garage in 1975. So, you don't need an office space or money to start. You need a great Idea with maybe, a like minded partner who will complement your Idea. Someone who you won't need to pay, but, who would build with you. They are already in your life, don't look far, find them.
