2 Minutes Business Article. Title: Street Sense of A Business Owner

Most market women out there in a local market are a lot richer than many business owners who have very fine offices and employees in very lucrative places, but with so much bills to pay and little turn over to meet up with the bills.

Part of why many Igbo people at Alaba International market and in many rural geographical locations are many times richer than the ‘white collar’ business owners who have everything with drivers driving them in very flashy cars, but lack financial freedom and are in huge debts is because, they choose to do all the street businesses that many people shy away from; and the truth is, any business that puts daily money in your pocket is a business to look at. That’s where the money is. Most street businesses have very little overhead and high ROI (Return on Investment).

For The Big Boys

If you are already playing big in business and don’t have the time to run small street businesses, outsource the contract; look for someone who can do all the running around. Establish a street business in a very strategic place, and look for faithful people who can manage it. There are faithful people around, but are very rare though. No risk, no reward!

For The Small Boys

If you are looking for a business to do, don’t start with an office space, or a business that will require huge capital, start with a street business. The people in your neighbourhood need so many things, but travel to buy them because everyone wants to start big.

Action Step: Establish a street business soonest.
